Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Detailed Design and Construction Supervision of Roads and Bridges / Flyovers under CM Package for Quetta Development

The Chief Minister Package for Quetta invites electronic bids for consultancy services related to the feasibility study, detailed design, and construction supervision of roads, bridges, and flyovers under the CM Package for Quetta Development. This consultancy includes other structures under the CM Package. The project is based in Quetta, Balochistan. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study - Detailed Design - Construction Supervision of Roads and Bridges / Flyovers including other Structures under CM Package for Quetta Development The consultancy firm must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, be an Active Taxpayer List (ATL) member, and registered with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm. Firms blacklisted by any procuring agency or authority are not eligible. The estimated cost is Rs. 130 million with a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost. Tender processing fee is Rs. 1000 in the form of a green challan to the specified PD, CMPQD account. Joint ventures are allowed with proper JV agreements. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Financial proposals will be opened only for technically approved consultants. The evaluation will follow the criteria in the Request for Proposal document.
