Tender Description
Consultancy services are sought in Karachi for renovation, rehabilitation, upgradation, and new construction works of Custom House under a Master Service Agreement contract. The scope includes façade repairs, HVAC rehabilitation, lift installation, new parking, boundary walls, and other infrastructure projects.
The consultancy contract is for two years with possible extension, covering planning, designing, supervision, quality assurance, and reporting for multiple projects under Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Karachi. The consultant must be PEC registered and an active taxpayer with FBR.
Proposals must be submitted online via EPADS by 12 January 2026 at 2:00 PM. Bid security of Rs. 25,000 in pay order form is required. The contract will be awarded under PPRA rules with a focus on quality and cost. Contact details and submission instructions are provided.
