Hiring of Consultancy Services for Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand and Hazara Wildlife Circles

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites reputed consultancy firms to submit proposals for hiring consultancy services for the Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand and Hazara Wildlife Circles under the project titled Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement will follow the Quality Based Selection (QBS) method under the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Malakand Wildlife Circle - Consultancy services for Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Hazara Wildlife Circle The scope includes conducting feasibility studies, wildlife and biodiversity assessment, forestry/wildlife planning, environmental studies, baseline mapping, wildlife census, Red Data Book preparation, species vulnerability assessment, GIS mapping of wildlife population, and statistical modeling and inference studies. Firms must provide attested copies of supporting documents and details of completed and ongoing similar projects. Eligibility criteria require valid registration with Federal/Provincial Tax and Revenue Authorities (FBR, KPRA/KPPRA, PPRA) with active taxpayer status, registration with the Security Exchange Company of Pakistan, and registration with EPADS Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Proposals must be submitted in English. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 2026-10-03 at 11:00 hours at the office of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded via EPADS and hard copies submitted by 2026-10-16 at 12:00 hours to the office of the Project Director/Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 14:30 hours. Bidders should strictly follow the RFP format and ensure all submissions are properly bound.
