Consultancy Services for Solarization of DWSSs under Karak Area Development Project (KADP) and Kohat Area Development Project (KADP), Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI), ADP 251122

Public Health Engineering Division Karak-II, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites consultancy services for the project titled CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SOLARIZATION OF DWSSs UNDER KARAK AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (KADP), KOHAT AREA DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (KADP), ACCELERATED SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE (ASDI), ADP 251122, ETC. Interested consultants, firms, or companies registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) bearing relevant codes, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for solarization of Drinking Water Supply Schemes (DWSSs) under Karak Area Development Project (KADP) - Consultancy services for solarization of DWSSs under Kohat Area Development Project (KADP) - Consultancy services under Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiative (ASDI), ADP 251122 The consultancy scope includes preparation and submission of technical and financial proposals in accordance with the RFP documents. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with submissions through the EPADS file uploading system. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle Kohat, District Kohat on 07/09/2026 at 1400 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on 14/09/2026 at 1400 hours, after submission deadline at 1200 hours the same day. Consultants must be registered with PEC and comply with KPRA and FBR requirements. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all proposals with cogent reasons. Clarifications and queries may be addressed via EPADS or the office of the undersigned. Bidders should ensure timely submission through EPADS and attend the pre-bid meeting to clarify any technical or procedural questions. This will help avoid disqualification due to incomplete or conditional proposals.
