Consultancy Services for Establishment of Medical College at Jamrud ADP

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Communication & Works Department through Chief Engineer (Centre), C&W Department Peshawar invites consulting firms to provide consultancy services for the establishment of a Medical College in the existing building of Regional Professional Development Center (Male) at Jamrud ADP No. 807,260129 (2026-27) (AIP). Items being procured: - Consultancy services for supervision and vetting of design for the Medical College establishment. This consultancy work is to be executed under the Provincial ADP. The scope includes detailed supervision and vetting of design to ensure compliance with required standards and quality. The project site is located in Jamrud, under the jurisdiction of the Communication & Works Department, Peshawar. Eligibility criteria require firms to be shortlisted consultants of the C&W Department (Building Sector only). The selection will be made under the Quality cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method as per the Request for Proposal (RFP) documents. The procurement process follows the single stage two envelopes procedure under KPPRA Rules, 2014. Earnest money and financial proposal submission details are outlined in the RFP. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately in sealed envelopes to the address provided and uploaded on the EPAD system. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The RFP documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer, Building Division Khyber during office hours at least seven days before the closing date upon cash payment of Rs. 4,000 (non-refundable). The last date for submission of bids is 08 September 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested firms should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
