Hiring of Consultancy Services for TCP as Supervision Pre-Qualification Consultant

Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Private) Limited, under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consultancy firms for pre-qualification as Supervision Consultant for TCP. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing expert supervision and consultancy services for TCP's procurement and operational activities, ensuring compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for TCP as Supervision Pre-Qualification Consultant (scope includes technical, financial, and operational supervision as per TCP requirements) The scope of work covers comprehensive supervision of procurement processes, technical evaluation, and compliance monitoring for TCP's projects and tenders. The consultant will be expected to have a strong background in public procurement, relevant technical expertise, and experience with large-scale government or semi-government organizations. Firms must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar assignments and a proven track record in consultancy for public sector entities will be given preference.
