The Office of Director General Engineering/Chief Engineer, Central Design Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, is procuring consultancy services for three major assignments. These include topographic surveys of roads, bridges, and landslides; geotechnical investigations for similar infrastructure; and feasibility studies with design of by-passes along major roads in AJ&K. The scope covers detailed technical work requiring firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant codes and possessing experience in survey, drilling, and consultancy services. Firms must also be registered with Survey of Pakistan or have relevant drilling expertise as applicable. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope mode under AJK-PPRA rules 2017.
