Consultancy Services for Technical Loss Study and Transmission & Distribution Mission End Study for HESCO FY 2025-26

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites proposals for consultancy services related to the Technical Loss Study and Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Mission End Study for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive technical loss assessment and preparing a detailed mission end study for HESCO's T&D network. The consultancy will also cover the preparation of recommendations for loss reduction and system improvement, as well as the development of actionable strategies for implementation. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects, preferably within the Pakistani power sector. Registration with FBR and inclusion in the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) is mandatory. Bidders should also provide evidence of technical and financial capacity, along with a valid PEC consultancy license if applicable. Earnest Money and other bid security requirements are as per the tender documents. The deadline for submission of bids has been extended. Proposals must now be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the HESCO office in Hyderabad.
