Consultancy Services for Third Party Monitoring Agent of Environmental and Social Management Khyber Pass Economic Corridor

The National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications, Islamabad, is seeking consultancy services for the Third Party Monitoring Agent (TPMA) of Environmental and Social Management for the Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) project. This consultancy is critical for ensuring compliance with environmental and social safeguards as outlined in the project's Terms of Reference (TOR). Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for Third Party Monitoring Agent (TPMA) of Environmental & Social Management of Khyber Pass Economic Corridor (KPEC) The consultant will focus on monitoring all environmental and social parameters periodically, based on the project's E&S documents listed in the TOR. The initial contract duration is one year, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements. The consultant will work closely with NHA to carry out the tasks defined in the TOR. This assignment requires firms with proven experience in environmental and social monitoring, preferably with prior work on large infrastructure projects.
