Individual Consultant Selection for Information System Development (IDA/7229-PK)

Sindh Social Protection Authority is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the selection of an individual consultant on a contractual basis for the development and implementation of an integrated information system under the Sindh Social Protection Delivery System project in Karachi. This opportunity is open to experienced professionals who can support the authority in designing, developing, and deploying a robust IT solution to streamline social protection services. Items being procured: - Individual Consultant (Information System Development) The consultant will be responsible for the end-to-end development of the information system, including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and user training. The scope covers both technical and functional aspects, with a focus on modern development methodologies such as SDLC, PHP, .NET, SQL, SCRUM, and Waterfall models. The consultant must also be proficient in UML and have experience with large-scale IT projects, preferably in the public sector or with NGOs. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 16 years of education in computer science or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience in system development, and a proven track record of similar assignments.
