Consulting Firm for Technical Support to Strengthen ECE Continuous Professional Development under GRADES-Balochistan

The Balochistan Education Support Project invites consulting firms to provide technical assistance for strengthening Early Childhood Education (ECE) Continuous Professional Development under the GRADES-Balochistan program. The assignment focuses on improving quality, equity, and systemic reforms in pre-primary and primary education by enhancing access, teacher training, and curriculum development in Balochistan. Items being procured: - Consulting Firm for Technical Support to Strengthen ECE Continuous Professional Development under GRADES-Balochistan The project aims to address educational disparities by supporting teacher capacity building, curriculum quality, and accountability mechanisms. The consulting firm will provide technical assistance, develop classroom observation tools, and support training and assessment processes. Experience with government education departments and knowledge of Balochistan's education context is preferred. Eligibility requires company registration, NTN, audited financial statements for 3 years, minimum average annual turnover of 3 million PKR, and CVs of key experts demonstrating relevant experience. The firm must have at least 10 years of experience in education sector, expertise in teacher training, classroom observation, and curriculum development. Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be submitted by 22 October 2026, 1700 hours, to the Project Management Unit at the Balochistan Education Support Project House, Quetta.
