Contiguous Land for Construction of 132kV G.T Road (GIS) Grid Station in Gujranwala

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) is procuring a contiguous piece of land approximately 6 Kanals in size for the construction of a 132kV G.T Road (GIS) Grid Station in District Gujranwala. The land must be located along the main road near Sharifpura, Jinnah Road, or adjacent areas within a 2 km radius, suitable for grid station construction and related infrastructure. The technical scope requires the land to be a single contiguous plot with sufficient frontage on a main road, preferably square or rectangular, free from legal disputes and encumbrances. It must be at least 100 meters away from distributary canals, sewerage drains, or pollution sources, and 500 meters from any river floodplain. The minimum dimensions include 67 meters frontage and 50 meters length for in/out arrangement from one side, or 67 meters frontage and 45 meters length for separate sides, with no road access issues. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with PRA, FBR, SECP, and PEC. The technical proposal must include ownership documents such as the latest Fard Malkiyat and Aks-Shajrah from the revenue office, a Google Earth map of the proposed site, and an undertaking of Rs. 1200/- judicial stamp paper confirming willingness to sell. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 is required in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS V2.0 system by Monday, 4th May 2026 at 10:50 AM, with bid opening at 11:20 AM the same day. Bidders should ensure their bids remain valid for 150 days and bid security for 28 days beyond validity. Regularly checking EPADS for clarifications is advised.
