Contiguous Land for Construction of 132 kV Sialkot Bypass Road GIS Grid Station in Gujranwala

The Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) is procuring a contiguous piece of land approximately 6 Kanal in size for the construction of a 132 kV Sialkot Bypass Road Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Grid Station in District Gujranwala. The land must be located along the main road near Mustafabad, Waniawala, or other adjacent areas within a 2 km radius, suitable for grid station construction and related infrastructure. The technical scope requires the land to be a single contiguous plot with sufficient frontage, preferably square or rectangular, free from legal disputes and encumbrances. It must be at least 100 meters away from any distribution canal, sewerage drain, or pollution-emitting source, and 500 meters from any river floodplain. The GIS Grid Station requires a minimum area of around 6 Kanals with specific frontage and length dimensions. Eligible bidders must be registered firms with PRA, FBR, SECP, and PEC. The bid security of PKR 1,000,000 must be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft.
