SBP Banking Services Corporation Engineering Department Karachi invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of services and materials at SBP Karachi. The procurement includes continuous and uninterrupted management services for passenger lifts at the main building, SBP Karachi, continuous and uninterrupted management services for lifts and escalators at Main, BSC, LRC and Bolton Market Building, SBP Karachi, and procurement of cleansing materials at SBP Head Office Karachi. Items being procured: - Continuous and Uninterrupted Management Services for Passenger Lifts at Main Building, SBP Karachi - Continuous and Uninterrupted Management Service for lifts and Escalators at Main, BSC, LRC and Bolton Market Building, SBP Karachi - Procurement of Cleansing Materials at SBP Head Office Karachi The technical scope involves maintenance and management of lifts and escalators ensuring uninterrupted operation, and supply of cleansing materials for the SBP Head Office. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with the Public Procurement Rules using Single Stage-Two Envelope for the first two projects and Single Stage-One Envelope for the cleansing materials procurement. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the amounts listed: Rs. 200,000 for passenger lifts, Rs. 180,000 for lifts and escalators, and Rs. 300,000 for cleansing materials. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 16-Nov-2026 till 12:00 PM for the lifts and escalators projects, and by 11-Nov-2026 till 12:00 PM for cleansing materials. Bid opening will be on the same days at 12:30 PM. The original bid security must be submitted physically to the Engineering Department, Procurement Division, 1st Floor, SBP-BSC Bolton Market Building, M.A. Jinnah Road Karachi before bid opening deadline. Failure to submit original bid security will lead to disqualification.
