Maintenance Services of Nine Diesel Generators at Higher Education Commission Islamabad

The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Islamabad, invites reputable firms and contractors registered on the Active Taxpayers List with relevant experience and registration with Income Tax & GST Department to provide maintenance services for nine diesel generators installed at HEC premises H-9 & H-8 Islamabad. This annual contract covers the period 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Maintenance Services of Nine (9) Diesel Generators installed at HEC Premises H-9 & H-8 Islamabad The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method per PPRA Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS v2.0 system by the deadline. The bid security amount is Rs. 150,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the Director General (Finance), HEC. The contract period is one year, with work orders issued as required.
