Punjab Seed Corporation Lahore invites online bids from eligible bidders registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for contracts of labour and transport operations for the fiscal year 2026-27 across various PSC centres. The procurement covers multiple lots involving transportation and labour services in different districts.

The scope includes provision of labour and transport services to support Punjab Seed Corporation's operations in the specified districts. Bidders must be registered and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Earnest money (Bid Security) is required as per lot values and must be deposited online through PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Manual financial instruments will not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System by 3:00 PM on October 5th, 2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM on the portal. No by-hand submissions are allowed. This tender is ideal for firms with experience in labour and transport contracts and valid FBR/ATL registration.
