Tender Description
The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites bids for the Tender for Contracts of Various Works at PMDC Collieries, Sor-Range, Islamabad Capital Territory. This procurement is for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services under a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
Items being procured:
- Unloading of Coal from Trucks at Spin Karez Depot (34,500 metric tons)
- Coal filling into bags & loading into Trucks with transportation of coal from PMDC Central Tunnel to Spin Karez Depot (21,375 metric tons)
- Coal filling into bags & loading into Trucks with transportation of coal from PMDC Slant & SM (1&2) to Spin Karez Depot (13,125 metric tons)
- Unloading of Coal Tubs in Chute at Sor-Range (21,375 metric tons)
- Unloading of development debris from locomotive into Trippler at Sor-Range (1 job per month)
The scope includes handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of coal and related materials at PMDC Collieries, Sor-Range. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration, technical competence, and financial soundness. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents.
Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Monday, November 2, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 AM. Interested bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS and review all bidding documents carefully.
