Operations of Staff Welfare Canteen at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad for 2 Years

Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad invites bids for the operations of the staff welfare canteen at PIMS for a period of two years. This tender follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure with bids to be uploaded on the E-PADS portal available at the PPRA website. Hard copies will not be entertained. Items being procured: - Operations of staff welfare canteen at PIMS, Islamabad The contract covers the management and operation of the canteen facility including maintenance, security, cleanliness, and compliance with food quality standards. The canteen will operate 24/7 except during Ramazan timings. The site area is approximately 4400 square feet with two floors and a mumty available for utilization. The successful contractor will be responsible for water supply installation, electric meter installation, LPG cylinder safety, and all civil, electrical, and mechanical maintenance of the cafeteria. Eligibility requires submission of a Pay Order/CDR of Rs. 200,000 as bid security in favor of the Executive Director PIMS. The contract is valid for two years with no escalation clause. The successful bidder must submit a 10% performance guarantee and sign a contract agreement on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 2000. The firm must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bids must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal and the original Pay Order/CDR along with the tender receipt copy must be submitted by hand in the tender box at the Purchase Department, G-8/3, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on the closing date announced in the advertisement. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
