Tender Description
The Pakistan Industrial Technical Assistance Centre (PITAC) Lahore is procuring civil works for the conversion of existing spaces into proper lecture halls across different sections and renovation of the training shop located at 234 Ferozpur Road near Metro Canal Station, Lahore. This project involves extensive construction and refurbishment activities including masonry, plastering, painting, wood partition installation, tile work, and roof treatment.
The technical scope covers construction of side walls, plaster and paint work with multiple coats of distemper and enamel paint, installation of wood doors and partitions, renovation of store rooms, planning rooms, welding shops, and machine shops. Additionally, the project includes renovation of toilets, epoxy floor coating, external weather shield painting, and installation of stainless steel grills and tempered glass windows.
Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC, possess valid sales and service tax registrations, and be on the active taxpayers list of FBR. Experience of similar civil works in the last three years is mandatory, supported by documentary proof. Contractors should have adequate manpower, equipment, and manufacturing facilities to execute the work efficiently.
