Tender Description
This corrigendum notice is issued by the Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) regarding the previously published tender STG-02/2026-27. The original bid submission and opening date of 12-10-2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM has been revised. The new bid submission and opening date is now scheduled for 29-10-2026 from 1:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
The tender involves procurement related to electrical goods and equipment as per QESCO's requirements in Quetta, Balochistan. Specific item details are not provided in this corrigendum notice.
Eligibility criteria include price preference for goods offered on FCS in Pakistan basis, in accordance with the prevailing directives of the Government of Pakistan. Bidders must provide a valid Price Preference Certificate issued through the Engineering Development Board of Pakistan. FCS price will be considered as landed cost.
All other terms and conditions of the original tender remain unchanged.
Bidders should note the revised submission deadline and prepare their bids accordingly. The submission should comply with QESCO's procurement rules and include all required documentation such as Earnest Money, CDR, and technical and financial bids.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the Price Preference Certificate is valid and properly attached to the bid to avoid disqualification on eligibility grounds. Also, carefully note the new submission timing to avoid late submissions.
