Procurement of Cotton and Polypropylene Bales for Hospital Laundry

Punjab Health Department invites bids through the Punjab E-Procurement System for the procurement of various cotton and polypropylene items required for hospital laundry operations in Lahore. This tender is open to eligible vendors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The items being procured are as follows: - Cotton (Open/Bale), 30000 kilograms, estimated cost Rs. 0.90 million - Polypropylene (PP) Bags (50kg capacity), 40 pieces, estimated cost Rs. 0.79 million - Polypropylene (PP) Bags (50kg capacity), 200 pieces, estimated cost Rs. 0.98 million - Polypropylene (PP) Bags (50kg capacity), 200 pieces, estimated cost Rs. 0.98 million Total estimated cost for all items is Rs. 3.65 million. The technical scope includes the supply and delivery of high-quality cotton bales and polypropylene bags suitable for hospital laundry use. All items must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Vendors must ensure that the cotton is clean, free from contaminants, and packed securely. Polypropylene bags should be durable and capable of holding up to 50kg per bag. Eligible bidders must be registered with GST/NTN and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest Money in the form of CDR/Pay Order equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated price is required at the time of bid submission. The successful bidder will be required to submit 10 percent performance security at the time of contract award. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System by 09.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM.
