Courier Services for Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors, and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for providing Courier Services. This procurement is specifically for the IBA located at its Main Campus, University Enclave, University Road, Karachi. The tender reference number is MISC/01/26-27. Items being procured: - Courier Services for Domestic (Overland) shipments - Courier Services for Domestic (Overnight) shipments - Courier Services for International shipments The scope includes handling documents and parcels of various weights with specified rates for different regions including Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. The service provider must ensure timely and secure delivery of parcels and documents, maintain high ethical standards, and provide 24/7 customer service with online shipment tracking. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable upon mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Eligibility criteria include at least three years of relevant experience, minimum annual turnover of Rs. 3 million, active NTN and STRN registration, and non-blacklisting. Bid security of Rs. 25,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Institute of Business Administration, Karachi is mandatory. Performance security of Rs. 70,000/- will be required from the successful bidder. The tender fee is Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable).
