Hiring of High-Capacity Electric Buses with Drivers & Helpers

COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Islamabad Campus invites bids for the hiring of high-capacity electric buses along with drivers and helpers for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned to support transportation needs at the Islamabad Campus. Items being procured: - High-Capacity Electric Buses - Drivers - Helpers The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform and submit their bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by Monday, October 19, 2026, at 11:00 am. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bid Securing Declaration as described in the bidding documents. Detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders should ensure they meet all eligibility criteria including registration on EPADS and compliance with FBR/ATL requirements. The procurement office is located at the 2nd Floor, Faculty Block-2, Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad. A practical tip for bidders: Register early on EPADS and carefully prepare both technical and financial bids to avoid disqualification due to procedural errors.
