Procurement of Courier Services for NADRA Islamabad Region

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Regional Head Office Islamabad is seeking to prequalify courier service providers for the procurement of courier services through framework agreements. This procurement is specifically for the provision of courier services to NADRA operational and project offices within the Islamabad Region, including the Regional Head Office, branch offices, registration centers, and project offices. The scope includes intra-city, intra-region, inter-region, and intra-country delivery of official documents and goods. The courier services are expected to operate Monday to Saturday with emergency call response availability at any time. Deliveries within Islamabad city should preferably be same-day, while deliveries within the region and country must be timely except under special conditions. The consignment must be trackable online after dispatch. Eligible applicants must demonstrate at least five years of experience in courier services, have a minimum of 200 collection and delivery centers or 500 network areas across Pakistan, especially in Punjab and Islamabad, and provide evidence of at least three corporate contracts with public or private organizations. Applicants must be registered with SECP or relevant authorities, have NTN and STN registration, and maintain an active tax compliance status. The prequalification process requires submission of a technical bid including eligibility documents, financial statements, and proof of experience. The deadline for submission is 02 June 2026 at 11:00 AM at NADRA Regional Head Office, Plot NO,30/31 Mauve Area, Islamabad. Applications will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
