Procurement of Coversheets and MCQ Award & Roll Number Parts for BISE Lahore Annual Examinations 2026

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Lahore is inviting sealed bids from eligible firms for the procurement of coversheets and MCQ Award & Roll Number parts for the upcoming annual examinations. This procurement is crucial for the smooth conduct of board exams and is open to firms registered with relevant tax authorities and the Punjab E-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Coversheets / MCQ Award & Roll No. part (As per sample), Quantity: 9,500,000 The coversheets must be printed on 100 grams imported offset paper of A3 size, made from high-quality pulp with 95% brightness. Specifications include a burst factor of 20 minutes, opacity of 90% minimum, thickness of 6 min, and teature white. Each coversheet will feature single colour black digital printing as per the approved design and script, with perfect perforation at selected points. Additionally, each sheet must have an encrypted barcode (128 font) with 16 digits, including Board code ID or QR code as per the provided format and specification. Every coversheet will bear a unique number to ensure traceability and security during the examination process. Participating bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated price, which amounts to **PKR 4,037,500**. A performance guarantee of 5% of the contract amount will also be required from the successful bidder. The procurement will be conducted under the single stage two envelope procedure, in accordance with rule 38(2a) of PPR-2014. All bids must be inclusive of all taxes and delivered on a FOR basis. The deadline for submission is **30-09-2026 till 01:30 PM**, and the technical bids will be opened the same day at 02:00 PM at the BISE Lahore office, 86-Mozang Road, Lahore.
