Crossing of 11 kV Independent Feeder over Swat River near Ayub Bridge for Supplying Power to PAF Base Kanju, Swat

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites electronic bids for the crossing of an 11 kV Independent feeder over the Swat River near Ayub Bridge to supply power to the PAF Base Kanju in Swat. This project involves installation of towers for crossing the river as part of the 11 kV Independent Feeder Kanju Air Base Swat under PAF Deposit Work, including associated civil and electrical works. Items being procured: - Installation of Towers for Crossing River Swat of 11 kV Independent Feeder The scope includes civil and electrical works related to the installation of towers for the power feeder crossing. The project completion period is 120 days from the commencement date. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in Category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-02 and EE-05, valid FBR/NTN and Active Taxpayer status, KPRA registration where applicable, and EPADS registration. An average annual construction turnover of at least 70% of the estimated contract cost and available financial resources/cash flow of at least 30% of the estimated contract cost are required. Experience in bored RCC pile foundations and key activities for 132 kV or higher overhead transmission-line works is also mandatory. The bid security is 3% of the estimated contract cost amounting to PKR 439,495 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Project Director (GSC), PESCO. The original CDR must be submitted to the Project Director's office before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bids will be submitted electronically through EPADS V-2.0 under the Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure by 26th October 2026 at 10:00 hours. Manual bids will not be entertained.
