Construction of CSR 2024 Canal Section RD 8742 to RD 174840 LBOD

The Irrigation Department, through the office of the Executive Engineer, Drainage Division LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids for the construction of CSR 2024 canal section from RD 8742 to RD 174840 under ADP No. 1065/2026-27. This project is located in Shaheed Benazirabad and is part of the department's ongoing efforts to improve water management infrastructure in the region. Items being procured: - Construction of canal section CSR 2024 from RD 8742 to RD 174840 (PEC Category C-3 or above, estimated cost Rs. 174.840 Million, bid security Rs. 3,000,000, completion period 3 months) The technical scope includes earthwork, canal lining, and associated civil works as per the approved design and specifications. The project requires contractors to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-3 or above, and to have valid registration with the Sindh Revenue Board and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must also provide audited financial statements for the last three years and demonstrate relevant experience in similar works. Earnest Money in the form of a pay order or CDR amounting to Rs. 3,000,000 must be submitted with the bid. The deadline for submission of bids is 19-10-2026 at 02:00 PM, and bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the office of the Executive Engineer, LBOD Shaheed Benazirabad.
