The service provider must have extensive experience in customs clearance in remote and sensitive areas of Chaghi and Lasbela, Balochistan, with a proven track record of nearly two decades and prior service to major Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). The clearing charges are included in product pricing and borne by the customer, not affecting supplier margins. Eligibility requires a firm with demonstrated expertise in export customs clearance, familiarity with regulatory compliance in EPZs, and capacity to handle large volume petroleum product clearances.
