Daily LP Contract for Medicines, Lab Kits, and Implants for FY 2026-27 at CMH Sargodha

Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Sargodha invites sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered well reputed firms duly registered with Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan for the supply of LP Medicines on a daily basis for the financial year 2026-27. All participating firms must be registered with income tax, sales tax departments and must appear on the active list of FBR. Bidders are encouraged to offer maximum rebate or discount on the retail price of medicines to remain competitive. Items being procured: - LP Medicines - Lab Kits - Implants Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the Medical Store office of CMH Sargodha and can be obtained on any working day during office hours. The scope includes continuous supply of medicines and related medical items to CMH Sargodha ensuring quality and timely delivery. Eligibility criteria include valid SECP/DGDP registration, Ministry of Health registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and relevant experience in supplying medical goods to government or military institutions. Firms must comply with PPRA Rules 33 (1) and submit bids in two separate envelopes marked Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal as per PPRA Rules 36b. The last date for submission of tenders is 24 July 2026 by 1030 hrs. Bids must be deposited with the Medical Officer In-charge Medical Store CMH Sargodha. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 1100 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives. CMH reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
