Framework Contract for Procurement of Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items and Medical Gases

Tehsil Head Quarters Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 from eligible and experienced Income tax / GST/PST filer Registered Partnerships, Proprietors, Firms, and Companies. The procurement involves the following items: - Frame work contract for Procurement of Local Purchase of Medicine (Day to Day) & Surgical Disposable Items & Sehat Sahulat Program/Universal Health Insurance Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items - Frame work contract for Procurement of Medical Gases The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended up to date). Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents from the office during working hours or from the E-PADS website. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website until the closing date for submission of bids. A sealed bid must be delivered to the undersigned by 08-10-2026 at 11:00 a.m. accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of 'MS THQ THAL (MNS) Hospital Layyah' from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders must provide a security bond/E-Stamp of Rs. 100 attested by the 8th commissioner. Bidders must comply with all rules and regulations mentioned in the bidding documents. Bids will be opened on 08-10-2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders' representatives.
