Procurement of Dead End Clamp Assembly 95mm² & 70mm² (Bracket + Clamps)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids through EPADS v2.0 for the procurement of Dead End Clamp Assembly 95mm² & 70mm² (Bracket + Clamps) under Tender No. 2005/26 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for delivery to Regional Stores HESCO Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah with a delivery schedule of 90 days. Items being procured: - Dead End Clamp Assembly 95mm² (Bracket + Clamps), Quantity: 13,500 Nos., Warranty: 12 Months - Dead End Clamp Assembly 70mm² (Bracket + Clamps), Quantity: 5,700 Nos., Warranty: 12 Months The items must comply with WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-82:2007 (amended to date). Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). A bid security of Rs. 600,000 is required in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft valid for 148 days from the tender opening date. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required upon award. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Friday, October 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and contractual conditions without deviation. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. The delivery location is free consignee stores (FCS) at Hyderabad/Jamshoro and Nawabshah. The contract includes a warranty period of 12 months from the date of supply completion.
