Demolition of Building, Takeover of Material, and Clearance of Site at Gul Plaza Karachi

The scope includes demolition of the building, takeover and removal of permitted material, disposal of debris, and complete clearance of the site. The successful bidder shall provide all machinery, equipment, supervision, and labour and complete the assignment within one month from the work order or formal possession, whichever is later. Eligibility requirements include experience in demolition or comparable civil works, valid PEC registration, tax and regulatory registrations, and submission of bid security equal to 5% of the quoted amount. The approved reserve price is **Rs.40 million**; offers below this will be rejected.
