Demolition of Encroached Forest Building at Murree Forest Division

The Murree Forest Division is inviting electronic bids through the E-Procurement System (E-Punjab Acquisition Disposal System) for the demolition of an encroached forest building located in Murree. This building has an image height measuring 35,390 sq.ft (26 marlas) and the demolition is part of an anti-encroachment drive under the direction of the Deputy Commissioner, Murree, following a High Court notification and Punjab Land Revenue Act 1967. The work involves dismantling the structure and covered area including shifting of Malba and debris up to 40 KM as per the technical committee constituted by the Deputy Commissioner, Murree. Items being procured: - Dismantling of structure / covered area including shifting of Malba / debris up to 40 KM (Recovery will be made through technical committee constituted by Deputy Commissioner, Murree) The scope includes careful demolition and removal of debris with technical oversight. Bidders must be registered with FBR, PRA, PEC, and FC&R Department and hold a professional tax certificate from Excise & Taxation Department for the fiscal year 2026-27. The contractor must submit a scanned bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the name of Deputy Conservator of Forests Murree Forest Division Jhika Gali via Bank Guarantee or PSID. Original bid security instruments must be delivered before the closing date. Bids must be submitted online at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 29 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day. The contractor will be responsible for all payments of due taxes and must provide high pixel pictures and drone videos of each step. Completion time is within one month after issuance of work order. Joint ventures are not allowed. The successful bidder must also provide a completion certificate from the technical committee.
