Provision and Repair Works at Mauripur PN Dockyard Karachi by Pakistan Navy

Pakistan Navy Military Engineering Services (MES) invites applications for prequalification of contractors/firms for various repair and construction works at Mauripur, PN Dockyard, NSSD & Lyari Karachi. The tender will be issued on 14 Sep 2026 and bids must be submitted by 18 Sep 2026 at 1130 hours. Items being procured: - Provision/ Construction of Certain Facility at Mauripur, PN Dockyard, NSSD & Lyari Karachi - Repair/ Maintenance of Minor, Major, Abnormal Repair Works at Mauripur, PN Dockyard, NSSD & Lyari Karachi - TC Intl/ Ext B/R, E/M W/S & F&S at Mauripur, PN Dockyard, NSSD & Lyari Karachi - Supply of Fresh Water Through Bowzers to Misc Stations at Mauripur, PN Dockyard, NSSD & Lyari Karachi The scope includes skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery, equipment, bank statements, GST registration, and NTN certification. Only firms on the approved MES contractors list or other government departments with relevant experience are eligible. Contractors not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2020-2021 will not be considered. Contractors must deposit earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of FDR/CDR pledged to CMES (Navy) COMLOG Karachi. Failure to pre-qualify will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Tenders must be received at CMES (Navy) COMLOG Karachi by 1130 hours on 18 Sep 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours the same day.
