Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation and Two 500kV Line Bays at Faisalabad West Substation

The National Grid Pakistan under the Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Islamabad, invites qualified contractors and suppliers to participate in the tender for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, erection, testing, and commissioning of the 500/220kV Ludewala Substation, which involves upgrading from the existing 220kV substation, along with two 500kV line bays at the 500kV Faisalabad West Substation located in Faisalabad. Items being procured: - Design and manufacture of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation components - Supply of electrical equipment and materials - Installation and erection works at the substation site - Testing and commissioning of the upgraded substation - Two 500kV line bays at Faisalabad West Substation This project requires advanced electrical and mechanical expertise, with a focus on high voltage substation equipment and infrastructure. The scope covers all technical aspects from design through commissioning, ensuring compliance with national and international standards. Eligible bidders should possess relevant PEC categories for electrical works and substations, be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar high voltage substation projects and submission of earnest money or bid security as per tender documents is mandatory. The submission deadline for bids has been extended and all bids must now be submitted through the E-PADS electronic procurement system on or before 12-11-2026 at 11:00 AM.
