Purchase and Installation of 08 KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar Systems with Accessories

The District Development Committee, Layyah invites E-Bids from firms, contractors, companies, and general order suppliers for the purchase and installation of 08 KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar Systems registered with the relevant tax authorities for the financial year 2026-27 as a whole. Items being procured: - Installation of 08 KW Hybrid (Off-Grid) Solar Systems with all accessories (03 Units) - Solar Panels with all accessories - Hybrid Solar Inverters - Lithium Iron Phosphate Batteries - Standard Galvanized Iron (GI) Solar Structure This procurement involves the supply and installation of hybrid solar systems designed to operate off-grid, including all necessary components such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, and supporting structures. The project is located in Layyah, Punjab, and aims to enhance sustainable energy solutions for the district. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax department and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulation 2022. Bidding documents are available free of cost immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement system website at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding process follows a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure with electronic submission through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bid security is 5% of the estimated price, amounting to Rs. 281,531, to be submitted online via payment slip ID (PSID) in favor of the District & Sessions Judge, Layyah. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the contract amount as a performance guarantee. Financial instruments such as bid security and performance guarantee will not be accepted in hard form. E-Bids will be opened publicly on 12.11.2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday, the date will be the next working day. The bid submission deadline is 12.11.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must attach income/sales tax registration certificates and all other required documents with the technical bid. Applicable government taxes will be deducted as per rules. E-Bids validity is until 31.01.2027.
