Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Hydraulic Stacker – Manual Lifter 3 ton (with 13 items as per Annexure 'A') The delivery period is 2 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit documents including registration/pre-qualification letters from HIT/DGP/MoDP or government/semi-government organizations, sales tax registration certificates, NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEM if distributor/agent, judicial certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming no blacklisting or suspension, and documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
