Design Review and Construction Supervision for Establishment of District Headquarter Hospital at Ghaziabad, District Kolai Palas

The Communication and Works Department Mega Projects III Hazara Division Abbottabad invites electronic proposals from shortlisted consultants of the C&W Department Building Sector for design review and construction supervision services. The project involves the establishment of the District Headquarter Hospital at Ghaziabad, District Kolai Palas. Items being procured: - Design Review and Construction Supervision for the Establishment of District Headquarter Hospital at Ghaziabad, District Kolai Palas This consultancy service requires expertise in design review and construction supervision to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. The consultants must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), and the C&W Department Building Sector. The selection will be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) system as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP) documents. RFP documents are accessible electronically from the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) and the official website of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA). A non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 is required to obtain the documents from the office of the Executive Engineer. Proposals must be submitted electronically on EPADS, with the original copy submitted in sealed envelopes to the Executive Engineer's office at House No. 787, Street No. 05, Iqbal Road, Abbottabad. Bid security of Rs. 0.200 Million in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory and must be placed in the financial proposal. An affidavit confirming the placement of bid security in the financial proposal is also required. The successful bidder will be liable for all applicable taxes including stamp duty, service charges, and sales tax. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 05, 2026, at the office of the undersigned.
