Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Vehicle Emission Monitoring Equipment and Associated Infrastructure

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit invites qualified bidders for the design, supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of an integrated vehicle emission monitoring equipment along with the associated infrastructure in Lahore, Punjab. This corrigendum extends the bid submission deadline to 18th September 2026 at 03:00 PM (PST), with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 03:30 PM (PST). Items being procured: - Integrated Vehicle Emission Monitoring Equipment - Associated Infrastructure The project involves comprehensive technical scope including the provision of advanced vehicle emission monitoring systems, installation at designated sites, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance to ensure compliance with environmental standards. The infrastructure will support continuous monitoring and data collection to aid in pollution control efforts. Eligible bidders must have relevant PEC categories, valid FBR registration, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar environmental monitoring projects and submission of earnest money or CDR as per tender documents is mandatory.
