Designing and Manufacturing Artistically Prepared Tables at Various Tourist Sites of Punjab

The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites capable and well-reputed firms to participate in the procurement for designing, manufacturing, and providing artistically prepared tables for various tourist sites across Punjab. This procurement is under a framework contract as per Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Artistically prepared tables for various tourist sites of Punjab The scope includes complete working designs of the required items along with original pictures to demonstrate capability in manufacturing and installation. TDCP may request bidders to prepare samples for evaluation. Interested parties must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (Active filer) and E-PAD system, with valid registration certificates enclosed. A CDR of Rs. 250,000/- in favor of TDCP is required as bid security. Bids must be submitted online via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) by uploading PDF files before 14 September 2026 at 11:00 am, with the bid opening at 11:30 am. The bidding procedure follows Single Stage One Envelope. TDCP will place orders during the financial year 2026-27, and contractors must provide the required items timely at the directed tourist places.
