Designing, Manufacturing, and Providing Artistically Prepared Tables at Various Tourist Sites of Punjab

The Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab (TDCP) invites capable and well-reputed firms to participate in the procurement for artistically designed and manufactured tables for various tourist sites across Punjab. This procurement is conducted under the framework contract as per Rule 15 of Punjab PPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Designing, manufacturing, and providing artistically prepared tables at various tourist sites of Punjab The procurement process will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit their bids by uploading the PDF file by October 6, 2026, before 2:00 PM, with the opening of bids scheduled online the same day at 2:30 PM. Interested parties must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (Active Filer) and the E-PAD system. Valid registration certificates must be enclosed. A CDR of Rs. 250,000/- in favor of TDCP is required as bid security. Bidders should attach complete working designs of the required items along with original pictures to demonstrate capability. TDCP may request samples to evaluate bidders' capabilities. Bidders must also provide a certificate confirming they are not blacklisted by TDCP or PPRA. The bidding will follow a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Orders will be placed during the financial year 2026-27, and contractors must deliver items within the directed time at the specified tourist locations. TDCP reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance. Bids received after the deadline or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
