Designing, Production, Printing and Supply of Convocation Bags

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the designing, production, printing, and supply of convocation bags. This procurement is aimed at supporting the university's convocation event with high-quality bags that meet the specified technical standards. Items being procured: - 750 Convocation Bags made of Parachute Imported (Cardura) Cloth - Four pockets design - Four color printing with University Name and logo - Size: 18x12 inches The scope includes the complete production and delivery of the convocation bags to the Central Store of the university within four weeks after the issuance of the procurement order. The bags must conform to the approved sample available at the Deputy Director Purchase office. Bidders must ensure the quality and specifications as per the bill of quantities and provide a sample for verification. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and required annual turnover as per the bid document. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority's e-procurement system (EPADS) by 02-10-2026 at 11:15 AM. Tender fees of Rs. 7,000 per tender and bid security in the form of a demand draft are mandatory. The bids will be evaluated on a most advantageous bid basis with item rate pricing.
