Designing, Production, Printing and Supply of Convocation Kits & Shields

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW), located in Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the designing, production, printing, and supply of convocation kits and shields. Items being procured: - Key Chain: Four color printing, made of stainless steel, printed with University Units Logo & Name (750 units) - Ball Pen: As per sample, one color printing, printed with University Logo & Name - Shields Executive: as per approved sample (10 units) - Shields Crystal: as per approved sample (30 units) - Medals-Gold: as per approved sample (30 units) - Medals-Silver: as per approved sample (15 units) - Medals-Browns: as per approved sample (15 units) The technical scope includes supplying items strictly according to approved samples available at the Deputy Director Purchase office. Bidders must ensure quality and compliance with specifications, including printing and material standards. The delivery location is the Central Store of PUMHSW, Nawabshah, with a delivery period of four weeks after issuance of the procurement order. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be Pakistani entities with valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and required annual turnover as specified in the bid document. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must submit bids through the Sindh EPADS portal only. Bid security must be submitted via demand draft in favor of Security Deposit PUMHS for Women.
