Designing, Production, Printing and Supply of Convocation Souvenir for Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women Nawabshah

The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Nawabshah, Shaheed Benazirabad, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the designing, production, printing, and supply of convocation souvenirs. This procurement is specifically for the convocation souvenir intended for Allied Sciences & Units Postgraduate Students. The items to be supplied include: - Designing, Production, Printing and Supply of Souvenir for Allied Sciences & Units Postgraduates Students - Size: A4 full - Paper: 150gm Matt Paper - Four Color offset printing with gum binding - Title Paper 4 Pages: 310 Grams Art Card with Matt Lamination & UV - Pages: 130 or more + 10 Pages The scope covers the complete production process including design, printing, and delivery to the Central Store of the University in Nawabshah. Bidders must ensure compliance with the technical specifications and quality standards as detailed in the Bill of Quantities and bidding documents. The University requires that all goods be original and of good quality; substandard or refurbished items will be rejected. Inspection will be conducted upon delivery at the Main Store in the presence of the bidder's representative. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, and SRB registrations, a minimum of three years relevant experience, and required annual turnover as specified in the bid documents.
