Desilting of Nala and Transportation of De-silted Material at Various Areas of Karachi for Monsoon Year 2026

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Finance & Accounts Department Contract Management Wing invites bids for the comprehensive desilting of nala and transportation of de-silted material to designated dump sites across various districts of Karachi for the Monsoon Year 2026. The scope includes manual and mechanical cleaning of open nallahs, storm water drains, culverts, and allied drainage structures, removal of sludge, mud, municipal waste, vegetation, and other obstructions. The contractor must provide all machinery such as excavators, loaders, dumpers, pumping sets, and winching machines, ensuring continuous flow of water and sewerage during operations. Transportation of excavated material to approved dumping sites like Jam Chakro and Gond Pass is mandatory with strict adherence to environmental and traffic regulations. Eligibility requires valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, PEC registration category C-4 or above with relevant codes, and at least three years of experience in similar works with government/public organizations. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated cost and a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 5,000. The tender follows the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure with bids to be submitted electronically via the Sindh E-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) by 3:00 p.m. on 8th June 2026.
