Eligibility criteria require valid NTN, active FBR ATL status, PEC registration in category C-4 or above with relevant codes, valid sales tax registration, and at least three years of relevant experience in desilting or cleaning of nallahs or storm water drains. Bidders must have completed similar works with KMC in the last three years and demonstrate capability for rain emergency operations. Financial requirements include average annual turnover not less than the quoted bid amount and submission of bank statements and tax returns. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost.
