Desilting of Nala and Transportation of De-silted Material at Karachi District East for Monsoon Year 2026

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Finance & Accounts Department Contract Management Wing invites bids for the desilting of nala and transportation of de-silted material to designated dump sites at Karachi District East for the Monsoon Year 2026. Bidders must have completed similar works with KMC in the last three years and demonstrate capability for rain emergency operations. Financial requirements include average annual turnover not less than the quoted bid amount and submission of bank statements and tax returns. The tender fee is Rs. 5,000 and earnest money is 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted electronically via the Sindh E-Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by 3:00 p.m. on 8th June 2026, with original bidding document fee pay order submitted to the office of the Director (CMW), KMC. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 p.m. at the KMC office. Late bids will be rejected. The contract period is 3.5 months with possible extension.
