Development of Green Corridor & Recreational Areas Along Railway Track Shahdrah to Raiwind Lahore (Package-I)

Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids from registered firms and contractors for the development of a Green Corridor and Recreational Areas along the Railway Track from Shahdrah to Raiwind Lahore under Package-I (Shahdrah to Lahore Railway Station). This project is located in Lahore and involves extensive landscaping and recreational infrastructure development along the specified railway track. Items being procured: - Development of Green Corridor & Recreational Areas Along Railway Track Shahdrah to Raiwind Lahore (Package-I) (Shahdrah to Lahore Railway Station) (Re-invited) The project completion period is 1 year. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure strictly following PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids online via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. The bid security is set at 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted digitally before the deadline. Eligibility criteria include registration with the Punjab e-Procurement System, compliance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and submission of a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price before signing the contract.
