Tender Description
The Highway Division Rajanpur invites bids from eligible engineering firms and contractors for the construction of pile foundation bridges in District Rajanpur for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted through the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System, and all interested parties must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and the Punjab PPRA portal. - Pile Foundation Bridge over Link iii Canal at Rd 168+000 on Mehray Wala, Sikhani Wala Road, Length = 100 Rft. (TS No. MTC/2026-27/56/M-I, Dated: 02-10-2026, Completion Period: 6 Months, Estimated Cost: Rs. 27.496 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 1.375 Million)
Both bridges require pile foundation construction, with a focus on quality materials and adherence to the specified technical standards. The estimated completion period for each bridge is six months. Bidders must submit a Bid Security equal to 5% of the estimated cost only through digital online payment via the Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical bid securities will be accepted. The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit a Performance Guarantee at 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of the offer letter. All documents must be uploaded via the E-Procurement System; manual submissions will not be entertained.
