Model Study for Construction of Gondal Bridge over Jammu Tavi River

The Irrigation Research Institute Lahore invites bids through E-Tendering for the Model Study for Construction of Gondal Bridge over Jammu Tavi River. Items being procured: - Model Study for Construction of Gondal Bridge over Jammu Tavi River The estimated cost for this work is Rs. 44,47,781/- with an earnest money requirement of 3% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 133,500/-. The completion period for the project is 120 days. The work will be executed according to approved design, drawings, and PWD specifications under the supervision of the Director / Principal Research Officer (Hydraulics Wing), Deputy Director / Senior Research Officer, and Assistant Director / Junior Research Officer at the Irrigation Research Institute Lahore. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR registration, and submission of bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost via digital online payment through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Physical bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft will not be accepted. Contractors must submit their bids by 29-10-2026 till 12:30 PM, with the tender opening scheduled for 1:00 PM on the same day. Bids must be submitted online, and the contractor must also submit the PEC registration license copy to the office of the undersigned by the tender opening date. All contractors must ensure the authenticity of their CDR and tender fee challan to avoid disqualification. The lowest bidder must deposit the difference between the bid and estimate cost as quality assurance security within 15 days after opening of tender. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
