Development of On Board and Off Board Accessories

The Heavy Industries Taxila Advance Research Development and Innovation Center (ARDIC) in Taxila Cantt is procuring the development of On Board and Off Board Accessories. This procurement is specifically aimed at firms capable of supplying and developing a range of 68 items as detailed in the design section available from ARDIC. The development will be carried out under the guidelines of PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP) rules. The technical scope includes the supply and development of accessories with a delivery period of 12 months after contract signing. Bidders must submit a comprehensive technical and financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Method. The technical bid must include registration certificates, NTN, sales tax registration, audit reports for the last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC copies, and other relevant documents. A postal order of Rs 2,000 must be enclosed with the technical bid. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with HIT, possess NTN certificates, and not be blacklisted or defaulters. Firms must have verifiable past performance, financial soundness, and technical capacity as per the evaluation criteria. The bid security must be 2% of the quoted value, capped at Rs 0.5 million, submitted as CDR, bank draft, or pay order. The bid submission deadline is **07 May 2026 at 1030 hours** at ARDIC Gate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours.
